We welcome agents to personally visit the NABOR Office, but for the new agent’s convenience, the application and orientation process has all been redesigned to be completed online.
Step 1: Complete Member Application Online

- If you completed the PDF Application - please email the application, copy of your Driver's License and LA Real Estate or Appraiser License to OFFICE@NABORS.ORG.
Step 2: Register with NAR + Pay Dues
If you are currently not registered with NAR, you must first create a user name and password to register. NABOR will contact you with your NRDS id number.
All NABOR dues are paid online for your convenience. Your invoice will be sent to you by email from Northshore Board of REALTORS® with the subject line of Billing/Finance. Please open the attachment to view your invoice. On your invoice you will see a payment link. Clicking on the link will take you to the payment portal and give you the abililty to pay your invoice by electronic check or credit card. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL DUES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you have nay questions regarding your invoice, please call the office at 985-674-4233 before submitting your invoice payment. Once your payment is received/completed, a receipt will be sent to you via email.

All new agents or returning agents who have been away for more than one (1) year must complete New Member Code of Ethics Orientation.

After Steps 1-3 are complete - you will be advised via email when you can apply to MLS. NABOR does not collect MLS fees or applications. Your MLS application goes directly to GSREIN, not the NABOR Office. Remember, your broker must sign the MLS application before submitting - MLS concerns can be directed to 985-882-8521. You can find a fillable pdf MLS application in Forms under the Membership tab.
Agents only have one (1) Primary board. GSREIN is the subsidiary company of NOMAR that also manages NABOR’s MLS service. You are a member of NABOR, not NOMAR, so you only have to pay MLS fees now. GSREIN will advise you of any MLS fees and when they are due. NABOR sends your good-standing referral notice directly to GSREIN, not the agent.
