NABOR offers hours of free continuing education to all members with classes held across St.Tammany Parish, Tangipahoa Parish, Washington Parish and surrounding areas. The National Association of Realtors and Louisiana Realtors Association have collaborated with NABOR leadership in developing long-term strategic plans for continued success.

The Northshore Chili Challenge
We had a wonderful event in 2016 and look forward to another annual fundraiser in 2017, The Northshore Chili Challenge. Part proceeds are contributed to support a local non-profit associated with Lakeview Regional Medical Center. Participation in this popular community event is open to everyone! Sales Award Gala

Our next Awards Gala will be March 15, 2018
​NABOR’s Annual Sales Awards Program is increasingly popular by allowing agents and their companies to be formally recognized by the general public, colleagues and clients.  Primary and secondary NABOR members in good standing are eligible to participate in the annual Awards Gala. All award recipients are presented at the annual spring luncheon, recognized online and in full-page color ads in the New Orleans Times Picayune.

You can be a part of this impressive community recognition!
Become eligible for a Sales Award in 201 by joining NABOR as either a secondary OR primary member for the earned production year (2017) and the award presentation year (2018). Awards rules will be posted after Thanksgiving. Brokers must submit nominations and supporting documents by January, 2018. For more information, please call 985.674.4233.

Sales Awards are presented to individuals and teams for residential and commercial GCC (gross closed commissions) on different sales levels. Which category will you be honored in? Non-production based service awards are also given for Realtor of the Year, Rookie of the Year, Affiliate of the Year, H. B. Breeding Award, and Administrator of the Year Award.
