With the recent demand for more online education offerings NABOR has partnered with The CE Shop in order to continue meeting your educational needs until such time as live classes can again be offered. We will continue maintaining the online option as well for those who wish to take their classes in that format. There are pre-licensing and post-licensing as well as exam prep courses available as well for those who are interested in starting their career in real estate!

All new agents or returning agents who have been away for more than one (1) year must complete New Member Code of Ethics Orientation.

What is the NAR Code of Ethics requirement?
Beginning in January 2019, NAR’s requirement changed. Realtors are required to complete this ethics course once every 3 years. NAR offers two options for members to fulfill their Code of Ethics training requirement:
CURRENT CYCLE - January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021
Future Cycles
January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2025
January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2029
NEW AGENTS who HAVE completed the new member Code of Ethics course during the last three (3) year cycle is not required to complete additional ethics training in respect of this requirement. If you HAVE NOT completed the Code of Ethics Course since January 2019, you still have until the end of 2021 to do so. Save your attendance certificate because you will soon be asked to produce that hard copy to your broker. Please do not send thru U.S. Mail, Fax or email your course attendance certificate to the NABOR Office, your broker will collect all certificates from every agent who has completed the course.
